    Problem
    Homeowners in Hockessin, Delaware wanted one reliable crew for mowing, landscaping and seasonal work.
    What I built
    A full-service lawn and landscape business, started at 12. It grew to more than 30 recurring mowing accounts and 150+ landscaping jobs, with a team of four at its peak that I hired, trained and managed, while I handled the budgeting and the books.
    Outcome
    Sold the business in November 2024.

    Problem
    Owner-operated businesses doing $1M–$25M a year are good at the work but often run without a finance, marketing or operations lead.
    What I built
    A consulting firm for owner-operated businesses, built on three promises: Get Organized, Get Customers, Get Paid. Organized means AI implementation. Customers means sales and marketing. Paid means invoicing and accounting.
    Outcome
    Active. Based in Miami, with clients all over.

    Accounting and corporate finance terms are usually defined in jargon, without the formula or the reason the number matters.
    What I built
    A reference of 212 terms, each with a plain-English definition, its formula and why it matters. It has search, cross-linked terms, flashcards, a multiple-choice learn mode and an explain-it-yourself mode.

    Beginners usually get either the Buffett story without the math or the analyst math without the intuition.
    What I built
    A free course where every lesson teaches the Wall Street DCF and the Buffett DCF side by side, with round-number worked examples, quizzes and a glossary. Planned as four levels and twelve modules.
