By prioritizing assets with solid fundamentals and growth potential, James positions himself for substantial returns as these investments appreciate over time.
In addition to equities, James invests in real estate through Diamond State Property Investment, a company he co-founded to take advantage of opportunities in Wilmington’s real estate market. Utilizing the BRRRR method (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat), he acquires undervalued properties, makes strategic renovations, and generates cash flow through long-term rentals. He also engages in fix-and-flip projects, focusing on properties that require minimal upgrades to increase in value.
